2nd Degree Reiki Class Curriculum:
The most popular reason students seek their 2nd Degree is to be able to send Reiki's healing energy to others without being with them. We call that "distancing", or "remote healing". Additionally, most people note an increase in both the strength of the Reiki they are channeling, and in their personal level of intuition and psychic perception with this next level. 2 more symbols, their meanings, and some of the many ways to use them are taught, practiced and explored. These symbols are used to address emotional and mental factors that hold a negative pattern in place, as well as being able to send Reiki’s healing energies to anyone, anywhere and any time.
This 2nd level of training goes into more depth and specifics as to the chakras, the body organs, and their emotional counterparts. Further practice with scanning, how to make and use a Reiki “ball”, how to apply the symbols for personal healing, for manifesting, and even for creating your future. This knowledge enables the practitioner to address a vast array of conditions, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual both for one’s self, and for others.
Each student gives and receives a full Reiki session, and learns specific self-care aids, meditations, and ways to apply Reiki to your every day life. Everyone leaves grinning, connected to something much more than they ever imagined!
2nd Degree Reiki Class Schedule:
Class starts at 10:00 am and will end by 4:00PMboth Saturday & Sunday from 12:00 - 6PM.
Please come early to allow you to get situated, grab some tea or water to drink, and get comfortable.
We will take a 30 - 45 minute break for lunch. During this time you won't have time to leave to get a lunch and get back in time, so bring a lunch and snacks with you. We have a tea bar with a variety of choices, and filtered water for you to drink. There is a sink, tea bar, and microwave for your use.

COVID Precautions
Numerous efforts have been put in place to keep everyone safe!
Class sizes have been limited to 6 students or less. Each student has their own couch or stuffed chair to sit on. Everyone is at least 6 feet apart, and everyone remains masked. Hand sanitizer is stationed around the class areas.
I have a ductless air system along with a separate fan going, which means only fresh air is being brought into the room, rather than sitting in circulated air. The windows are cracked open a bit for additional fresh flow of air, according to current guidelines. I also have an industrial quality ozonator, as there are significant studies demonstrating the efficacy of O’zone against viruses, including specifically COVID-19.
Prior to the students’ arrival, all the surfaces are disinfected – door knobs, door jams, countertops, tables, chairs, etc. Prior to the class date I check with each student to confirm they can answer the standard questions regarding Covid exposure and symptoms.
Upon arrival each person, one at a time, has their temperature taken as I provide a squirt of sanitizer, and time
given for that person to get situated before the next student enters.
When the students are practicing with each other the tables are 6′ apart, the recipient lays face down, and the face cradle is specially wrapped for additional safety, according to new guidelines. The practitioners stand no closer to the head than alongside the elbow of the recipient. Hands are sanitized before and after each exchange.
